AUTOMATIC TINTING SYSTEMS

Our FASTINT® range of mono-pigment dispersions have been designed specifically to be used in a variety of both gravimetric and volumetric tinting machines.

Utilising synergistic additives, we are able to reduce the viscosity of our pigment pastes, without compromising on strength. The pigments can be pumped easily and achieve the same opacity as our own, off the shelf, formulated shades.

Machines from lab scale, to point of sale "in-can tinting", up to fully customisable production scale set-ups are available from leading manufacturers as shown below.*

Fast & Fluid

HA680

A volumetric system, which dispenses at approximately 1kg per minute. Ideal for pigmenting resin or gelcoat drum sizes from 5kg up to 25kg with our ULV (Ultra Low Viscosity) Fastint range.

Santint

A9

A volumetric system, which dispenses at approximately 2.5kg per minute. Ideal for pigmenting resin or gelcoat drum sizes from 5kg up to 25kg with our ULV (Ultra Low Viscosity) Fastint range.

Corob

EVOPWR

A volumetric system, with simultaneous dosing of up to 4kg per minute. Ideal for pigmenting resin or gelcoat drum sizes from 5kg up to 25kg with our ULV (Ultra Low Viscosity) Fastint range.

Rexson

ColourPoint

A fully customisable, large scale tinting system, capable of dispensing pigment from drums or IBC's. Rexson will design a tinting system to suit your requirements.

GYROSCOPIC MIXERS

After dispensing, we recommend the use of a gyroscopic mixer to ensure that the pigment is fully dispersed throughout the resin or gelcoat.
