Pigment Dispersions
 All our pigment dispersions are manufactured and tested in accordance with our ISO 9001 accreditation. Using modern dispersing equipment, our pigment dispersions are of high quality homogenous consistency ground down to particle sizes less than 10microns.
The pigment dispersion manufacturing equipment consists of 17 heavy duty hydraulic Triple Roll Mills (TRM's) mated to heavy duty and high speed variable mixers. We also have some twenty ancillary mixers of various sizes for blending and colour correction.

Product Packaging.
Our Pigment Dispersions are supplied in various packaging styles. Depending upon customer requirements, pack sizes range from 500gm through to 1500kilos. Containers range from small tinplate cans and pre-weighed plastic sachets through to 1000litre bulk containers.
Our packing plant includes three automatic bag forming and filling machines, four hydraulic press-outs and two semi automatic tin fillers.
