Pigment & Additive Powder Blends
All our Pigment and Additive Powders are manufactured and tested in accordance with our ISO 9001 accreditation. Using modern blending equipment our pigment powders are of high quality homogenous consistency.
Our powder blending equipment consists of a 2000kg plough share blender, two 600litre and one 60 litre High Speed Fielder Mixers. In addition, we also have a 600 litre Henschel heater mixer mated to a 1750 Litre Cooler Mixer ideal for the manufacture of blends fused at temperature with various carriers to give dustless and free flowing properties. All of these mixers are stainless steel for ease of cleaning batch to batch.

Product Packaging.
Our Blended Powders are supplied in various packaging styles. Depending upon customer requirements, pack sizes range from 500gm through to 1000kilos. Containers range from small pre-weighed plastic sachets through to 1000litre flexible bulk containers. Our packing plant includes three automatic bag forming and filling machines which produce our FASPAK™ concept and two semi automatic sack fillers.
